Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid within 15 days after signing. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to return an item the customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect: 

1. Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

How will my refund be distributed?

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Please be aware that the product must come into its original packaging and must be returned to the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

About the MISSING refunds

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
